Make the Most of Your CandleHaus Co Candles with These Simple Care Tips!
1. Trim the Wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch. This helps prevent soot, ensures a clean burn, and extends the life of your candle.
2. Allow a Full Melt Pool: During the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the container. This prevents tunneling and promotes an even burn throughout the candle's life.
3. Burn Time: Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Overheating the wax can affect the scent throw and candle quality.
4. Safety First: Always burn candles within sight and keep them away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface.
5. Extinguish Properly: Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame or gently dip the wick into the melted wax and straighten it. Avoid blowing out the candle to reduce smoke.
